Terms & Conditions
- A minimum deposit of £50 (£100 if more than 20 people) is required on confirmation of booking.
- Non returnable if cancelled within 4 weeks of hire date & balance due on presentation / when numbers confirmed.
- In the evening a min spend of £500 departing by 10pm, + £100 per hour after 10pm.
- All damages must be paid for.

- Food Preparation - Just to make you aware that although we do our best to prevent cross contamination, everything is made in the same kitchen where things like nuts, gluten, milk etc are present.
• We use local free range eggs, local milk, & our meat is from Haytons Butchers, Staveley
• Our baker makes all our cakes, nearly all our bread & gluten free products on site
